5. Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. During peak periods or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Shipping unless otherwise stated.

Dispatch Guarantee

WesternPep+ guarantees dispatch of completed orders to the courier. Once parcels have been transferred to the shipping provider, delivery timeframes and courier handling are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

• shipping delays,

• courier disruptions,

• lost parcels after dispatch,

• or incorrect delivery details provided by customers.

Tracking information will be supplied where available.

Free Shipping

Free Express Shipping applies to eligible research powder purchases over $130 as advertised on the website.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for opened or used items.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding:

• damaged items,

• incorrect products,

• or missing items.

Requests must include:
