At WesternPep+, we are committed to providing fast, reliable Australia-wide shipping on all orders.

Order Processing​

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • During periods of high demand, holidays, or peak order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
     

Shipping Method​

  • All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Shipping for fast and reliable delivery.

  • Free Express Shipping is included with any research powder purchase over $130.
     

Dispatch Guarantee​

We guarantee that all completed orders will be prepared and handed to the courier for dispatch as quickly as possible. However, once an order has been transferred to Australia Post, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Due to safety concerns and regulatory compliance;

  • we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • No returns are accepted once a parcel has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item(s):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
     

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered.
